HDL-380 NDT Film Drying Machine with PTC Heating & Constant Temperature Control

The HDL-380 8 Air Flow Channels Film Dryer is designed for efficient drying of photographic films with advanced air flow technology.

Based on the principle of the baking sheet in fully automatic washing machines, the hand-washed film is placed on the sheet feed plate. When the film sensor detects the film, the machine's transmission mechanism begins operation, automatically feeding the film into the dryer. The PTC drying component blows hot air directly onto the film, which is then dried by the drying suction shaft. After water absorption and hot air drying, the film is taken directly from the chip outlet. The entire process takes just 45 seconds, allowing staff to obtain a dry film immediately for evaluation.
